The Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western District of North Carolina announced today that Heather Culp and Cole Hayes of Charlotte, North Carolina will join the District's panel of chapter 7 trustees in spring 2019, subject to satisfactory completion of background checks. Ms. Culp and Mr. Hayes will be assigned cases in the Charlotte division.
