If you have the Zoom app installed on your device, go to your device’s Settings, and ensure the Zoom app has access to the device’s microphone and camera.

iPhone, iPad Users:

1. Download the free Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the Apple Store
2. Open the Settings interface for your device
3. Scroll down and select Zoom
4. Turn on Microphone
5. Turn on Camera

Android Users:

1. Download the free Zoom Cloud Meeting app from Google Play
2. Install it on your Android device
3. Open Settings
4. Select Apps & Notifications
5. Select App permissions
6. Select Microphone and switch on the toggle for Zoom.
7. Ensure that no other applications are using the microphone at the same time.
