In light of the warnings of health officials and concerns regarding travel due to COVID-19, the Bankruptcy Administrator has determined to conduct the 341 meetings for SD-Charlotte, LLC and jointly administered cases (the "Debtors"), presently scheduled for Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 2:00pm, by video conference. 

The Debtors are not required to file their scheduled and statements until after the date of the currently scheduled 341 meeting.  See Case No., 20-30149, Dkt. No. 48.  As such, the 341 meetings are expected to be primarily perfunctory.  The 341 meetings will be continued to Friday, April 10, 2020, at 2pm, which also will be held by video conference. The continuance will be noted on the docket of the Debtors' cases.

Creditors wishing to appear at the video conference may register to attend through our website: https://www.ncwba.uscourts.gov/content/creditor-request-attend-ch-11-341-meeting-call-or-webex.  While we would normally send you an email approving your request, all such requests will be deemed approved.  We do ask that you register to attend so that we can have a record of whom to send the video conference invite.  The 341 meeting will be conducted using the Cisco Webex product; we do not believe any particular technology would be required for creditors to attend.
