Effective March 31, 2022, the Continuity of Operations Plan for § 341 meetings of creditors in the Western District of North Carolina will conclude.

Following the successful implementation of video conferencing procedures since October 2021, the Bankruptcy Administrator has determined that all first settings of § 341 meetings of creditors in the WDNC district will continue to be conducted via Zoom for Government on a permanent basis.

At any time, the Bankruptcy Administrator or any trustee may continue the § 341 meeting to an in-person setting at the applicable divisional courthouse or such other location agreed among the parties in the case.
