Effective Tuesday, March 16, 2021, the previously announced Continuation of Operations Period (“COOP Period”), which began on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, will be extended through Friday, June 11, 2021. During the COOP Period, meetings of creditors held pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341 (“341 meetings”) for the Western District of North Carolina will be conducted by teleconference or video conference.  Further instructions will be posted on the Bankruptcy Administrator’s website (www.ncwba.uscourts.gov) on or before Tuesday, June 8, 2021, regarding resumption of in-person 341 meetings or extension of the COOP Period.

Any creditor wishing to receive videoconference (if available) or teleconference dial-in instructions for a particular 341 meeting may submit a request or may call 704-350-7587.

Start times for 341 meetings are being staggered and will be available on the Court’s website at https://www.ncwb.uscourts.gov/calendar/month/.
