Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020, meetings of creditors held pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341 (“341 meetings”) for the Western District of North Carolina will be conducted by teleconference or video conference through April 17, 2020 (the “COOP Period”).  Further instructions will be posted on the Bankruptcy Administrator’s website (www.ncwba.uscourts.gov) on or before April 15, 2020, regarding resumption of in-person 341 meetings or extension of the COOP Period.

Any creditor wishing to receive videoconference (if available) or teleconference dial-in instructions for a particular 341 meeting may submit a request or may call 704-350-7587.
