The SBRA lunch and learn event scheduled for February 21, 2020, has been moved from 10:30am to 11am due to inclement weather in the district. Participants are encouraged to use good judgment regarding travel conditions.
Important Announcement: Lapse in Appropriations
Due to the government shutdown, the office for the Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western District of North Carolina is closed to the public, and staff are permitted to perform only certain ("excepted") activities.
Meetings of creditors held pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 341 will continue to be held in the ordinary course.
