The Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western District of North Carolina announced today that Barbara Stalzer of Weaverville, North Carolina, and Robert A. Mays of Asheville, North Carolina, will join the District’s panel of chapter 7 trustees in 2019, subject to satisfactory completion of background checks.  Mr. Mays will be assigned cases in the Asheville division and Ms. Stalzer will be assigned cases in the Asheville and Shelby divisions.
