The Bankruptcy Administrator for the Western District of North Carolina announced today that Jimmy Summerlin of Hickory, North Carolina, will join the District's panel of chapter 7 trustees in January 2020, subject to satisfactory completion of a background check. Mr. Summerlin will be assigned cases in the Statesville and Shelby divisions.
