The judiciary branch has announced that, beginning on October 20, 2025, it will not longer have funding to sustain full, paid operations. Until the ongoing lapse in government funding is resolved, the Bankruptcy Administrator's Office will maintain limited operations to comply with the Anti-Deficiency Act.
